William Eggleston
I found William Eggleston's photography through pinterest. Eggleston is an American photographer who was born on July 27, 1939 in Memphis, Tennessee. Through his photos, he raised recognition for color photography. He eventually graduated from the University of Mississippi, where he was influenced byHenri Cartier-Bresson. By 1964, he started experiencing will color photography and worked by doing both amateur snapshots and commercial work.Having been granted a Guggenheim fellowship in 1974, Eggleston received an additional career boost two years later with a solo exhibition at New York City’s Museum of Modern Art.
